TEEC - The Engineering Essentials Company is seeking an energetic, highly-motivated, self-learner to join our SpecWave core technology team as a Software Engineer.
The individual will play a key role in creating a revolutionary platform application that will serve as a vital tool for engineers to intelligently author, edit,
collaborate, review and manage codes, standards, & engineering specifications. The current opportunity is a contract to hire position. The individual will be expected to work remotely.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop and test new software features
- Perform all tasks in the software development cycle
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver the best overall solution
- Identify and resolve software flaws in the application
Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in C#/.NET Microsoft Windows desktop application development
- Proficient in the use of object oriented programming techniques and methodologies
- Windows Forms based GUI design experience
- Strong understanding of XML and experience with .NET XML APIs
- Team-oriented with the ability to perform tasks independently
- Solid English communication and interpersonal skills

Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Description
TEEC - The Engineering Essentials Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong technical leadership to drive the validation of our product suites.
The position will interface with management, product management, development, product support and customers. The individual must have a strong attention to
detail, customer focus and ability to drive and measure quality in an analytical manner. The current opportunity is a contract to hire position. The individual will be expected to work remotely.

Responsibilities
- Act as a customer representative throughout the development lifecycle to ensure that customer satisfaction and usability is the highest priority
- Develop, execute and maintain comprehensive test plans
- Performance testing
- Identify, prioritize and track software defects
Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of professional quality assurance experience with a Microsoft Windows desktop application
- Experience in writing detailed test cases
- Experience in the defect management process
- Experience in detailed analysis of requirements and creating test plans and matrixes
- Solid English communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to perform tasks independently
- Solid understanding and experience in applying state-of-the-art software quality assurance methods, strategies, concepts, and tools
Helpful Qualifications
- Experience with commercial automated testing tools
- Ability to develop automated custom QA solutions
- Experience utilizing C# and .NET testing frameworks to create ATPs
