Each fall, Fiatech hosts its annual Member Meeting, exclusively for members. The first half of the meeting is designed with presentations and panel discussions highlighting member achievements and project deliverables. The second half of the meeting allows time for the roadmap and project teams to meet. TEEC will be a sponsoring member heavily participating in meeting events as the technical lead of the Specification Automation project.

In 2012, the Member Meeting will be held October 15-17 in San Diego, California at the Andaz Hotel. Registration will open in July 2012.

Fiatech's Annual Technology Conference and Showcase is held each spring and is open to the public. The 2012 event will take place April 2-4 at Doral in Miami, Florida. Peter Blake will chair the event and Bruce Strupp will assist as vice chair. The theme this year will be Fiatech Heat: Innovation that Builds the World.

PIDX provides a global forum for delivering the process, information and technology standards that facilitates seamless, efficient electronic business within the oil and natural gas industry and its trading community. PIDX meetings cover industry standards development, success stories of PIDX implementations, keynote speakers and at some, working group sessions to progress a project, or bring a completed project to vote for adoption. TEEC CEO Leon Gorbaty will be a presenter at the September meeting. His 3:15-4:00 presentation will cover "New Developments in Intelligent Engineering Specifications."
